What to Expect With Our Construction Process

Building a new pool is no small feat! Here's what you can expect step by step:

1. We'll work with you through design consultations,
2. With a plan in hand, we'll start by grading the property,
3. Next, we shape the pool,
4. We'll install pump pads and dig space for the pool's footprint.
5. Work stops for your first inspection.
6. Shotcrete begins.
7. Deck grading must happen at this time.
8. Equipment is set, and the pool is plumbed.
9. With grading complete, the deck is now formed.
10. The deck must be pretreated for termites.
11. The pool deck and/or pavers are installed.
12. We'll stop again for a deck inspection.
13. An electrician will do equipment and electrical hookups.
14. Pool tile and mud cap are installed. Mosaics can be created.
15. Screen enclosures are installed.
16. The work pauses for electrical and alarm inspections.
17. Florida gem plaster is troweled on.
18. The pool is filled with water.
19. Chemical start-up begins, and the customer goes through pool school.
20. We finish with a final coat of paint and final inspections.
